Černá hora Ski Resort is located in Janské Lázně in the Krkonoše Mountains of the Czech Republic and is part of the large SkiResort ČERNÁ HORA–PEC network. It offers around 17–18 km of ski slopes on the mountain itself, suitable for beginners, intermediates, and more advanced skiers. The resort is famous for its modern infrastructure, including an 8-seater cable car and multiple chairlifts and ski tows. It is especially family-friendly, with the Live Park Formánky offering ski lessons, magic carpets, and snow activities for children. A highlight is night skiing on the illuminated Protěž slope, which is one of the longest night ski runs in the country.
The Hofmanky Express webcam is placed around the middle section of the ski area, near the modern six-seater chairlift. It shows the main ski hub with active slopes, lift arrivals and departures, and skiers moving through one of the busiest connection points in the resort. This view is practical for checking real-time slope traffic and snow conditions on the central runs. The Zinneckerovy boudy webcam is positioned higher up on Černá hora, near a traditional mountain hut area. It gives a more open, scenic view of the upper slopes and ridge terrain, often showing weather changes, wind, and natural snow conditions across the Krkonoše mountains.
