The Austrian mountains are a breathtaking part of the Alps, covering much of the country with majestic peaks, peaceful valleys, and stunning natural landscapes. They are known for their green alpine meadows, traditional villages, clear mountain lakes, and spectacular views in every season. The famous Grossglockner, Austria's highest mountain, rises above the surrounding glaciers and attracts visitors from around the world. In winter, the mountains become a paradise for skiing, snowboarding, and cozy stays in charming alpine resorts. During warmer months, they offer endless opportunities for hiking, climbing, cycling, and enjoying the beauty of nature. The Austrian Alps are not only a place of adventure but also a symbol of the country's culture, traditions, and connection with the mountains.

Zillertal Alps

The webcams observing the Zillertal Alps provide a beautiful live view of this impressive mountain world and capture the peaceful atmosphere of the Austrian Alps. One webcam looks towards Platzlalm Kaltenbach Hochzillertal, showing the charming alpine area with magnificent mountains rising in the background and creating a spectacular panoramic view. The second webcam at Hotel Berghof presents another perspective of the Zillertal Alps, with dramatic mountain peaks surrounding the area and highlighting the beauty of the Tyrolean landscape. The two locations are about 25–30 kilometers apart by road, but they both offer views of the same beautiful Zillertal Alps region.
