Poiana Brașov Ski Resort is the most famous and modern ski destination in Romania, located in the Carpathian Mountains near the city of Brașov. The resort ranges in altitude from around 1,020 to 1,799 meters, ensuring good snow conditions in winter. It has hosted international competitions, including FIS Alpine Ski World Cup events.
