Kangerlussuaq Airport (SFJ) is Greenland's largest international airport and a key hub for flights between Denmark and Greenland. Originally built as a U.S. military base during World War II, it now serves as the main gateway for travelers entering the country due to its stable weather and long runway. Despite its strategic importance, there have been discussions about relocating major air traffic to other airports like Nuuk and Ilulissat in the future.

Kangerlussuaq Airport has two main webcams providing live views of the airfield, one facing west and the other facing east. The west-facing webcam captures the runway, taxiways, and surrounding terrain, offering a clear look at aircraft operations and weather conditions. The east-facing webcam provides a view towards the terminal and apron area, helping monitor arrivals, departures, and overall airport activity.
