Navegantes International Airport (NVT) is located in the city of Navegantes in the state of Santa Catarina, southern Brazil, on the banks of the Itajaí-Açu River. It serves the popular coastal destinations of Balneário Camboriú, Itajaí, and nearby beach towns that attract millions of visitors each year. The airport is one of the busiest in Santa Catarina and handles both domestic flights and international charter or seasonal services. Travelers often choose it because it is only about 15 km from Balneário Camboriú, making beach resorts easy to reach in less than half an hour by car.

The webcam looks directly at the runway, providing a clear view of aircraft taking off and landing throughout the day. The airport is served mainly by Brazilian domestic airlines, and the most common aircraft visible are Airbus A320 family jets (A319, A320, and A321) and Boeing 737 family aircraft.
