Galveston Island's Pleasure Pier is a stop of excitement and fun. Offering a wide range of amusement rides, food establishments, and shopping. There is something for everyone, young and old. The amusement park area is available seasonally. Visit their Visitors Info page for more information on the times and days the park is open. Shops are available all year round, including the famous Bubba Gump Retail shop offering thousands of movie memorabilia from the Hollywood movie Forest Gump.
The camera overlooks the amusement park with a view of the carousel and a few of the other rides and game booths. Before visiting get a clear view of the current weather conditions and congestion of the park. Best time to view is during seasonal hours when the park is open.
