Menaggio is a charming town on the western shore of Lake Como, known for its picturesque lakeside promenade, historic center, and vibrant local life. Nestled between the lake and the surrounding mountains, it serves as a gateway to hiking, sailing, and exploring the scenic villages along the Como coastline. One webcam offers a breathtaking view from Monte Crocetta (500 m), near the small church of the Alpini. This location, La Crocetta, was historically part of the Cadorna Line from World War I and provides a sweeping panorama of Menaggio and the central lake area. Another webcam captures the center of Lake Como from the Menaggio refuge, located at 1,383 meters above sea level in Plesio, at the foot of Mount Grona (1,736 m). From this high vantage point, viewers can admire the lake's deep blue waters and surrounding mountains.
