Mountain High Ski Resort is a popular ski destination in Southern California located in the San Gabriel Mountains near Wrightwood, it is the closest major resort to Los Angeles making it ideal for day trips, the resort is split into West, East and North areas offering terrain for beginners, intermediates and advanced riders, it has about 290 acres (117 hectares) of skiable terrain with around 59 runs and a vertical drop of about 490 metres (1,600 feet), it is well known for its terrain parks and night skiing which attract snowboarders and freestyle skiers, and the season typically runs from mid-November to mid-April with strong snowmaking support to ensure consistent conditions.

The webcams at Mountain High Ski Resort are placed in key areas to give real-time views of different parts of the mountain. The West Base webcam shows the main base area with lifts, ticket lines, and overall crowd levels, so visitors can see how busy the resort is before arriving. The Borderline webcam is located on higher terrain and displays steeper runs and snow conditions that are more suitable for advanced skiers and snowboarders. The Yeti Snow Play webcam focuses on the family snow play zone where tubing and beginner activities take place, showing how active and crowded the area is. The East Summit webcam provides a high-elevation panoramic view of the upper mountain with advanced slopes, weather conditions, and wide views of the surrounding San Gabriel Mountains.
