Established in September of 2000, European Coastal Airlines is a seaplane charter service in Croatia. The main port is in Split but they fly to various ports in Croatia including Jelsa, Lastovo, Pula, Rab, Vela Luka, Ancona, Mali Lošinj, Rijeka, Zadar, and Pescara. For you plane enthusiast, this Croatian scheduled charter service utilizes two types of planes. First is the Grumman Goose which seats 8 people and the second is Dehavilland Twin Otter 6-300 which seats 13 passengers. Both planes are equipped for sea or land landings and scheduled flights start at 8 AM and go as late as 10 PM.
